Abstract
目的 了解贵港地区市售白酒甲醇含量,为食品安全监督管理提供科学依据.方法 根据本地居民饮酒习惯和消费量,在生产和销售环节抽取一定数量的白酒样品,采用毛细管气相色谱法检测其甲醇的含量.结果 共检测195份白酒样品,甲醇含量均低于国家标准.高度酒中甲醇含量及甲醇检出率较低度酒高.从酒坊、 大型超市采集的白酒样品甲醇含量及甲醇检出率均较高.结论 2018年贵港地区市售白酒甲醇含量符合卫生要求.
