Abstract
1990年合浦县出现最后 1例脊髓灰质炎野毒株病例,1991年开始建立急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测系统,通过多年努力,至 2001年已连续 10年无脊灰野病毒株病例.为了解合浦县(AFP)病例的发病情况及其特点,现将 1990～2001年合浦县 AFP病例的监测情况进行分析.
