Abstract
目的:探讨糖皮质激素在急性重型颅脑损伤治疗中的应用效果,对是否存在临床价值提供依据.方法:2014-2016年收治重型颅脑外伤90例,分为使用糖皮质激素组(研究组)及生理盐水组(对照组),观察两组疗效.结果:研究组死亡率高于对照组.结论:不建议在重型颅脑损伤早期使用糖皮质激素.
