Abstract
目的:探讨颈内动脉狭窄支架置入术后低血压的发生情况及其原因.方法:对21例行颈动脉支架成形术治疗的颈内动脉狭窄患者术后低血压的发生情况进行分析.结果:既往高血压病史、狭窄程度和部位、球囊型号与扩张次数、支架型号与血压的降低密切相关.结论:颈动脉支架置入术后继发的颈动脉窦反射是引起患者血压降低的主要原因.
