Abstract
目的:分析脑囊虫病药物治疗无效原因.方法:回顾性分析药物治疗失败脑囊虫病患者24例的临床资料.结果:驱虫治疗无效有患方因素及医源性因素.患方因素为依从性差、重复感染;医源性因素为不同医师使用驱虫方案不一致.结论:注重预防、坚持治疗、防治结合及注重个体化治疗才能取得理想效果.
