Abstract
目的:探讨全身麻醉下氧流量和钠石灰对呼气末二氧化碳浓度的影响.方法:收治妇科全身麻醉患者40例,随机分为J组和G组.J组采用进口钠石灰吸附,G组采用国产钠石灰吸附.结果:G组通过钠石灰罐后PETCO2迅速下降(P<0.10).结论:麻醉机氧流量和钠石灰罐能影响临床对PETCO2的监测,要调整好氧流量和勤换钠石灰罐.
