Abstract
日常生活中,小儿在活动时经常发生一些扭伤或拉伤,如"崴脚"、"戳手",即踝关节、腕关节的扭伤.在外力作用下,关节骤然向一侧活动而超过其正常活动度时,引起关节周围软组织如关节囊、韧带、肌腱等发生撕裂伤,称为关节扭伤.轻者仅有部分韧带纤维撕裂,重者可使韧带完全断裂或韧带及关节囊附着处的骨质撕脱,甚至发生关节脱位.
