纳米二氧化硅的应用量在近10年内迅速增加,现已广泛应用于各种工业领域和医药行业.由于纳米二氧化硅独特的理化性质,并随着与人类接触频率持续增加,其毒性研究及生物学效应已成为目前研究的热点问题.该文综合国内外最新研究成果,从纳米二氧化硅对靶细胞的毒性研究、其在不同诱导途径下的体内毒代动力学研究、新型纳米二氧化硅毒性研究等三方面进行综述,为纳米二氧化硅作为载体的系统设计及其环境归宿等研究提供参考资料.
