RT-PCR法与病毒分离结合快速检测腮腺炎病毒核酸

Abstract
目的 结合病毒分离技术,运用RT-PCR法对腮腺炎病毒的核酸进行检测,为快速确诊提供参考.方法 采用中国疾病预防控制中心提供的RT-PCR法,结合病原学检测技术对2010-2013年已检测出的腮腺炎病毒进行复检.结果 对近4年分离到的18份腮腺炎病毒分离液进行检测,病毒核酸结果均为阳性;应用病毒分离技术检测,有15份为阳性,经中国疾病预防控制中心鉴定为F基因型.结论 该方法比病毒分离方法敏感性高,所需时间短,仅需要5～6个小时即可得出结果,为可靠的实验室诊断方法.
