128层螺旋CT扫描在肺结节成像中的应用价值

Abstract
目的 探究128层螺旋CT扫描在肺结节成像中的应用价值.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月医院收治的疑似肺结节患者82例,均实施128层螺旋CT扫描,以病理诊断结果为金标准,分析128层螺旋CT扫描的价值.结果 82例中,病理诊断的阳性率为86.59%(71/82)与螺旋CT扫描的84.15%(69/82)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 对肺结节患者实施128层螺旋CT扫描,其结果与病理学检测结果相似,具有较高的应用价值.
