Abstract
过氧化物还原酶6(peroxiredoxin 6,Prdx6)是过氧化物还原酶家族的第6个成员,具有不同于传统Prdxs家族成员的结构特点.Prdx6除了具有清除氧自由基、抗氧化应激的功能外,越来越多的研究表明该蛋白在中枢神经系统疾病中可以发挥多种作用.因此,本文就Prdx6的结构和活性特点,对该蛋白在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究现状进行总结和评述.
