Abstract
对申请职业病诊断的31例白血病病例资料进行分析.有19例诊断为职业性苯所致白血病.以急性非淋巴白血病(78.95％)多见,均无慢性苯中毒病史,发病年龄以30～50岁为主(78.95％),累计发病工龄＜5年者占52.63％.潜隐期＜5年者占47.37％.首诊时外周血血象均以白细胞升高、红细胞降低、血红蛋白和血小板减少为主要表现,大部分患者出现外周血幼稚细胞.苯所致白血病存在个体敏感性,加强接苯作业工人职业健康检查,是落实三级预防的重要措施.
