Abstract
比较分析职业性苯接触后白细胞减少者、原发性白细胞减少者以及正常健康者的周围血象、骨髓象及淋巴微核形态学改变.结果苯作业白细胞减少患者表现为外周血白细胞血红蛋白和血小板减少;骨髓有核细胞增生受抑,粒系成熟障碍,中毒颗粒与核棘突明显;微核率增加.提示苯作业者在白细胞减少的同时存在一定程度的骨髓功能抑制,应早期加强干预措施,对症治疗.
