广东省放射工作人员外周血细胞资料分析

Abstract
收集2015年来我院进行放射性职业健康体检人员28 627例血常规资料,其中男21 234例、女7 393例,同时选取3 000例非放射性接触人群作为对照组,按照不同年龄组进行整理分析.放射组血细胞总数及各参数异常率明显高于对照组,女性较男性异常率更加明显,30～39岁年龄段变化最大.提示长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作者的造血系统确有一定程度影响,需加强职业健康管理.
