体外大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞染尘模型时间探讨

Abstract
采用肺泡灌洗法获取大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞,体外柒尘培养5h、10h、20 h、22 h,收集细胞上清液采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测TNF-α、TGF-βⅠ水平.结果显示,随着染尘时间的增加,TNF-α、TGF-β Ⅰ的表达明显增加,且在20 h达高峰,22 h下降.各组不同时间点方差分析,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).提示体外巨噬细胞染尘20h为最佳细胞染尘模型的时间.
