壬基酚致职业性白斑1例诊断分析

Abstract
笔者在职业病诊断鉴定工作中遇到1例由壬基酚所致职业性白斑,而此病例在市级鉴定前诊断结论为“职业性白斑的诊断不成立”.现对本病例的诊断体会加以总结,以期对今后类似的职业病诊断有所借鉴.
1 病例资料
患者,男,39岁,系某科技有限公司员工,入职后7个月左右出现手部、面部皮肤色素减退,自认为与接触化学物有关,遂于2011年9月向当地职业病诊断机构提出职业病诊断申请.
