Abstract
目的 探讨老年自发性气胸的诊断和治疗.方法 单纯胸腔闭式引流治疗63例,开胸手术治疗9例,电视胸腔镜手术治疗48例.结果 全组治愈出院,无死亡病例.结论 电视胸腔镜手术适合老年自发性气胸患者,对心肺功能差者尤其适用.
