我国是乙肝的高发区,人群中乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率平均为10%,并且乙肝发病率和HBsAg携带率以儿童和青少年最高[1],为了解临沂市兰山区农村儿童、青少年的乙肝感染状况,于2004年10月10日至2004年12月25日在全区的农村中小学中开展了HBsAg及抗-HBs两项乙肝感染指标的调查,现将结果报告如下.
