辅助孵化对高龄不孕女性冻融胚胎移植结局的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨在高龄女性冻融胚胎移植周期中应用辅助孵化(AH)的临床结局效果.方法 回顾性分析2011年2月至2016年7月在我中心接受冻融胚胎移植(FET),年龄≥35岁不孕女性的资料.分成AH组和对照组,对照组为未行AH的周期,共311例;AH组为接受机械辅助孵化或者激光辅助孵化的周期,共189例.结果 AH对高龄不孕女性的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、异位妊娠率等均无影响(P均＞0.05);但是在AH组中,流产率(38.2％VS 22.5％,P＜0.05)和多胎率要显著高于对照组(22.6％ VS 8.8％,P＜0.05).结论 在高龄女性冻融周期中应用AH可能会导致流产率和多胎率的增加[1].
