Abstract
胎盘是孕妇和胎儿之间的枢纽,受不良环境暴露会导致胎盘功能不全和胎儿发育不良.大部分不良影响可能是表观遗传变化所介导的,同时,也可调节孕产妇和胎儿的遗传因子.特定的环境因素、遗传和表观遗传变异与孕产妇胎盘功能不全等妊娠相关疾病和胎儿健康密切相关.该文就人类胎盘特异的DNA甲基化的研究进展进行综述.
