Abstract
目的 探讨46,XY女性性反转综合征及人类的性别决定与性别分化的细胞遗传学诊断.方法 外周血淋巴细胞培养染色体核型分析技术和荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术确定患者的染色体核型.结果 1名社会性别为女性的外周血染色体核型分析结果为:46,XY.结论 细胞遗传学染色体核型分析技术和FISH技术均可确诊46,XY女性性反转综合征一染色体性别与性腺性别不相符.
