嘉善县出生缺陷监测结果分析

Abstract
目的 了解嘉善县近年来出生缺陷发生情况和变化趋势,探讨降低出生缺陷发生率的有效干预措施.方法 以所有住院分娩的孕满28w至产后7天的国产儿为对象,根据《中国出生缺陷监测手册》制定的2 3类主要出生缺陷的定义进行监测统计.结果 2008 ～ 2013年本县出生缺陷发生率143.29/万,乡村发生率高于城镇,差异有统计学意义,出生缺陷发生率总体呈上升趋势.结论 为降低出生缺陷发生率,需采取“三级预防”策略,突出重点人群综合干预.
