Abstract
目的 分析一个家族性肾结石家系的遗传学特点.方法 查此家族成员的病史,常规进行体检(包括X线腹部平片、B超),绘制家系图.结果 该家系3代17人中有8人患有肾结石.结论 经过遗传分析,提示本病有明显的家族聚集性,母系遗传倾向,呈常染色体显性遗传.
