Abstract
本文对36例绝经后的妇女,由于宫内节育器(IUD)不同程度嵌顿,同时内生殖器萎缩,宫颈组织变硬、弹性差,可造成术中疼痛及取环困难.本门诊采用2%利多卡因5m1加阿托品0.5mg局部应用,获得解痉镇痛的效果,使取环术顺利完成.现报道如下.
