Abstract
探讨晚发性维生素K(VitK)依赖因子缺乏症的方法,防止本病的发生.方法:应用凝血酶原时间(PT)、头颅CT、血常规等方法进行诊断、予VitK1进行治疗,结果:在82例患儿中,全部肌注或静注VitK12-5mg,其中死亡24例,自动出院14例、存活44例.结论:本病通过VitK1早期治疗是可以治愈,且能预防的.
