Abstract
随着淋病奈瑟球菌(淋球菌)耐药性的不断增加,难以治愈的多重耐药淋球菌感染已成为严重的公共卫生问题之一.耐药性检测对指导临床合理用药、探讨耐药机制、监测耐药性淋球菌的播散均有重大意义.此文通过综述琼脂稀释法、纸片扩散法(K-B法)、E-test法、微量稀释法以及核酸扩增试验(NAAT)在淋球菌耐药性检测方面的应用进展,促进有效地选择合适的检测方法,以期为淋球菌耐药监测的发展提供思路.
