Abstract
流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)是由脑膜炎奈瑟菌(N. meningitidis,Nm)引起的呼吸道传染病,病死率和致残率高[1].Nm 分成 13 个血清群, 其中 A、B、C、W135、X 和 Y 群是全球主要流行的致病菌群,而我国近年来流脑发病的优势菌群为A 群和 C 群[2-3].2017 年 4 月 27 日,嘉兴市第二医院网络报告嘉善县 1 例流脑确诊病例. 现将调查结果报告如下.
