Abstract
伊利扎诺夫外固定架主要用于治疗下肢畸形,如:开放性粉碎性骨折、骨癌截骨产生的骨不连、骨髓炎造成的骨坏死等均可使用骨外固定技术使之康复,治愈率非常高,预防外固定架针道感染是保证成功的关键,我院2008-2013年共收治患者开放性粉碎性骨折31例,现将护理体会报告如下.
