Abstract
2011年3月至2014年8月我院收治的36例SLE患者中,发生狼疮性膀胱炎4例.本文对4例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,旨在提高对狼疮性膀胱炎的认识.
1 临床资料
2011年3月至2014年8月我院收治的36例SLE患者中,诊断为狼疮性膀胱炎4例(占11.1％),4例患者均为女性,年龄20～57岁、平均38.5岁,均表现有尿频、尿急、排尿困难、耻骨上疼痛、偶尔尿失禁等症状,实验室检查尿沉渣TB菌阴性,尿细菌培养阴性,抗生素治疗无效.
