Abstract

目的:建立HPLC法测定复方五藤散中青藤碱含量的方法.方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为AgilentHC-C18柱(4.6×250m m);流动相为甲醇—磷酸盐缓冲液(42:58);体积流量1.0 ml/min;检测波长262nm;柱温30℃.结果:青藤碱峰与其他组分峰完全分离,青藤碱在0.0102～0.102mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r =0.9997),平均回收率为100.4％.结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,可作为测定复方五藤散中青藤碱含量的方法.
