Abstract
目的:建立测定鱼腥草中微量元素铁的含量.方法:选用浓硝酸和浓硫酸消化处理样品,用盐酸羟胺将三价铁还原为二价铁,邻二氮菲为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定吸光度,根据标准曲线计算铁含量.结果:鱼腥草中铁含量为0.135±0.003 mg/g.结论:方法快速、简便,可用于鱼腥草中铁含量测定.
