Abstract

目的:建立无花果中补骨脂素含量测定方法.方法:用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对10个不同产地的无花果中所含的补骨脂素进行含量测定.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水(41.7∶58.3);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为246nm;柱温为25℃.结果:补骨脂素在0.0125～～2.000 μg范国内呈良好线性关系,回归方程:A=8×106X+ 59790,r=0.9999,平均回收率97.23％,RDS=2.02％(n=3).结论:方法分离效果好,操作简便,稳定性好,重复性好,可用于无花果中补骨脂素的含量测定.
