Abstract

采用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光光谱法对四逆汤、通脉四逆汤、人参四逆汤以及以3种经验方制成的复方颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂,干姜、附子、甘草3种药材以及各单味药材的颗粒剂进行重金属含量的测定.结果显示,原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光光谱法简单、快速,适合四逆汤及其加减方中Cu、Cd、Pb、As、Hg的含量测定,为今后研究经方的现代剂型提供了有效依据.
