Abstract
彷徨试验( fluctuation test)是Luria和Delbrück[1]为证明微生物群体中的变异株是来自由自发性突变所创造的一种方法.彷徨试验也可用于任何营养缺陷型系统,包括酵母、真菌和细菌.其方法简单而敏感,将彷徨试验与Ames试验结合,应用于致突变检测,使其灵敏度得到了很大提高.Green[2]在Ames试验的基础上将Luria和Delbruck的细菌彷徨试验(Bacterial fluctuation test)应用于致突变检测;杨逸鸿等[3]将在彷徨试验与Ames试验结合应用于致突变短期试验研究,探讨试验相关因素对检测结果影响.
