Abstract
目的 研究放射治疗对NSCLC患者外周血Treg细胞水平的影响.方法 分析50例NSCLC患者放射治疗前后外周血CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg/ CD4+比值的变化,及其与临床特征的关系.结果 NSCLC患者放射治疗后CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例显著降低,与肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期及分化程度有关.结论 CD4+ CD25+Foxp3+ Treg细胞水平在NSCLC放射治疗过程中变化显著,可能成为NSCLC预后的重要预测指标.
