Abstract
目的 考察葱莲提取物对人肝癌HepG-2细胞活性氧(ROS)及Ca2+水平的影响.方法 人肝癌HepG-2细胞分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、葱莲提取物低、中、高浓度(0.75,1.50,2.25 μg/ml)组.药物作用48 h后激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察ROS及Ca2+荧光强度.结果 葱莲提取物可升高HepG-2细胞内的ROS和Ca2+水平,低、中、高浓度组与对照组的差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),葱莲提取物的作用呈浓度相关性.结论葱莲提取物能诱导人肝癌HepG-2细胞内ROS和Ca2+水平升高.
