Abstract
目的 建立UV法测定木瓜中总酚酸含量测定方法,并比较不同炮制品的含量.方法 以没食子酸为对照品采用三氯化铁-铁氰化钾显色后测定木瓜中总酚酸的含量.结果 没食子酸在4~40μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999),平均回收率为100.35%(n=6),RSD为2.67%;总酚酸含量:炒黄品>生品>盐炙品>酒炙品>炒焦品.结论 该法简便、快速,重现性好;炮制温度和时间对木瓜中酚酸类成分有影响.
