Abstract
目的 研究冻干人用狂犬病疫苗(地鼠肾细胞)有无过敏反应.方法 采用豚鼠主动全身过敏试验、小鼠腘窝淋巴结试验和大鼠被动皮肤过敏试验,全面评价冻干人用狂犬病疫苗肌肉注射能否引起过敏反应.结果 冻干人用狂犬病疫苗豚鼠主动全身过敏试验出现弱阳性反应;小鼠腘窝淋巴结试验结果为阳性,大鼠被动皮肤过敏试验出现潜在的阳性反应.结论 冻干人用狂犬病疫苗肌肉给药可能引起过敏反应,临床应用需密切关注.
