酶联法与乳胶法检测乙肝病毒的比对试验分析

Abstract
目的:本文对酶联法与乳胶法检测乙肝病毒的比对试验进行分析.方法:对846例做健康体验人员的血清标本进行乙肝病毒检测,分别使用酶联法以及乳胶法,对比两种方法检测结果.结果:使用酶联法进行检测,HBsAg34例,阳性率为0.4％,乳胶法检测33例,阳性率为0.3％,两种方法检测能力无明显差异.结论:在对乙肝病毒检测中,使用酶联法及乳胶法,均能有效检测出乙肝病毒标志物,检测能力较好,为临床治疗提供了重要依据,值得进一步推广.
