Abstract
乙型副伤寒是由于乙型副伤寒杆菌引起的急性肠道传染病.发病机制为病原菌进入口腔到达小肠后,在小肠内增殖,穿过肠粘膜上皮细胞到达肠壁固有层.典型病例临床上以持续高热、相对缓脉、特征性中毒症状、肝脾肿大、玫瑰疹与白细胞减少等为特征.
