单侧肺组织缺如的职业性尘肺的诊断探讨

Abstract
我国现行职业性尘肺的诊断主要依据是GBZ 70-2015《职业性尘肺病的诊断》,我们在尘肺病的诊断工作中,发现有患者因病变或肺组织手术切除致一侧肺缺如的情况.现行的诊断标准中并未提仅有一侧肺组织可作诊断依据的病例如何诊断.现报告我们在临床诊断过程中发现的2例单侧肺组织缺如的病例,根据现行的职业性尘肺的诊断标准提出我们的观点以供参考.
