毛冬青总皂苷对血小板聚集的抑制活性

Abstract
采用萃取和柱层析法制备毛冬青总皂苷;用born比浊法,以ADP为诱导剂检测毛冬青总皂苷对血小板聚集的抑制率,从而确定毛冬青总皂苷抗血小板聚集的活性.结果表明,毛冬青总皂苷均具有不同程度的抑制效果.其中高剂量组的活性最强,且在0.08～0.05 mg/mL范围内,随着剂量的增加,其活性也随之加强,抗血小板聚集活性与剂量呈正相关.
