国境口岸反化学恐怖的侦检技术研究

Abstract
目的 研究化学恐怖的特点,探讨口岸在反化学恐怖事件中如何选择适合的侦检技术装备.方法 根据国内外对化学恐怖用毒检测技术的研究进展以及我国口岸的具体情况,探讨口岸卫生检疫部门在应对化学恐怖的过程中,选择侦检装备的关键要素和一般原则.结果 口岸防化反恐能力的建设是一个逐步完善的过程,可以按先“鉴别能力”后“鉴定能力”的顺序分步建设口岸化学危害因子检测能力.结论 现场、实时、在位的快速侦检仪器的装备是当前口岸反化学恐怖侦检装备的首选.
