在我国,医疗服务价格一直存在偏离其价值的问题,既不能体现医务人员的技术和知识价值,也没有反映医疗服务消耗的实际成本.另一个严重的问题是,价格调整机制僵化,医疗服务价格调整较慢的地区甚至1 0多年未做调整,价格调整严重滞后于社会经济的发展,有的项目价格甚至低于其使用的不计价耗材成本,加剧了医疗服务价格扭曲.
