2型糖尿病合并肥胖的发病率逐年上升,其病因多与体质、环境、遗传、饮食、情志等因素有关,中医对其认识由来已久,认为其核心病机为"肝胃郁热",中医在本病的治疗上有其独特的优势.本文的论述就以遵循中医理法方药理论为基础治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖.
