Abstract
目的 探讨血清白介素-10(IL-10)检测在白癜风患者中的临床意义.方法 选择我白癜风患者60例,分为稳定期组30例和进展期组30例.同时选取30例健康人作为对照,ELISA法检测白癜风患者及对照者血清IL-10水平.结果 进展期白癜风组患者血清中IL-10浓度显著低于对照组和稳定期组(P<0.05),稳定期组IL-10浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 进展期白癜风患者组血清IL-10水平显著下降,可作为白癜风活动度评价的潜在指标.
