Abstract
目的:建立等离子体发射光谱法测定牙膏中K、Sr、Ca、Zn、Sn、B、Mg、Al等8种元素含量的方法学.方法:样品采用HNO3-HCl-H2O2-HF(3:1:1:1)的酸体系,微波消解后上机分析.结果:上述8种元素在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,各元素的方法回收率在91％～105％之间,RSD≤5.0％,方法检出限在0.05～5 mg/kg范围内.结论:方法灵敏度高、重复性好,为牙膏中上述8种功效元素的测定提供了新的技术手段.
