Abstract
促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin EPO)主要是由肾脏球旁细胞分泌的一种细胞因子,本质为糖蛋白激素,其主要功能是促进骨髓内造血及红系细胞的分化和增殖,并可促进红细胞的成熟.目前临床上EPO主要用于早产儿贫血疾病、新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病、神经系统疾病、肾脏疾病、心脏疾病、肿瘤类等疾病的治疗.但有一定的分歧.因此本研究对EPO的生物特性及其在临床中对多种疾病治疗过程中的影响进行综述.
