Abstract
目的 调查适龄儿童甲型肝炎免疫水平.方法 采集部分2～14岁儿童末梢血并分离血清,采用ELISA法测定抗-HAV-IgG.结果 共检测2～14岁儿童727人,甲型肝炎抗体阳性622人,阳性率85.56％;不同性别、年龄、地区、免疫年限抗体阳性率无统计学差异.结论 现行甲型肝炎免疫策略具有较好的免疫原性和免疫持久性.
