防腐剂常广泛应用在食品和医药等产品,以抑制或减缓细菌、霉菌生长.人工甜味剂具有无热量特性,可取代产品中的糖类来增提甜味口感.近年来,食品安全事件频繁,常发现有非法或过量添加防腐剂与人工甜味剂,对消费健康造成不良影响.因此,有必要发展准确的检验方法,以快速分析食品中的防腐剂与人工甜味剂的添加种类和含量.
